When my daughter entered high school, we struggled to find an art program in Maryland that would not only allow her to further develop her skills but also support her in preparing for college applications. Then we discovered The Us Art Center. She loved it so much that she began spending eight hours every weekend drawing there. The program offers many unique aspects: a comprehensive curriculum, an excellent portfolio program, opportunities for competitions, parent conferences, teacher exhibitions, and gallery displays for students. We are incredibly grateful to the director, teachers, and staff for all their support. Thank you very much.

Both of my kids have been with US Art Center for more than 10 years. I would say it is the best activity they ever had and persisted throughout their elementary to high school. They loved it, especially my daughter. In US Arts, not only she learned art skills , she made art part of her life. During high school, when she was stressed, she would immerse herself in drawing as pressure relief. In her college, she even became a student advisor of an art museum, because of the passion she found in US Arts. I highly recommend this place.

The teachers are very patient and helpful in teaching and guiding to give my child the BEST experience and education. The way their curriculum is organized and planned to flow nicely to the next level that my child moved up to, was very unique and I could tell that's what helped my child understand and improve each year.

Both of my kids have attended classes here for years, and they LOVE it! Sometimes it's difficult to get kids to stay focused and motivated, but the teachers here have given them so much encouragement and care, and my kiddos want to keep coming back.

I love that there is a very structured curriculum, which they go over at the end of the year so we as parents can see what they learned. The curriculum covers everything so I don't need to keep on thinking about when they need start painting or sketching.

There are classes for multiple levels going on at the same time, which is the part my husband likes. He can drop off/pick up both kids at the same time, so no need for multiple trips each week. We've been at the Chantilly location, but just moved to the Fall's Church area. I am so happy that there is another location at the Vienna /Dun Loring area, so my kids can continue without any disruptions!!

Both of my girls have been attending US Arts for a few years, and they really love it! Their curriculum is very comprehensive and hassle-free for parents. The girls feel like they are learning a lot and I receive compliments all the time on their art pieces. It's also really convenient for me since they have classes for all age groups at the same time, so I can just drop them off and pick them up at the same time. Definitely recommended!

I’ve been taking classes at the US Arts Center for 5 years. All of my teachers have been so helpful in teaching me technical and conceptual skills in a variety of media. They have always pushed me to create pieces outside my comfort zone, while also making sure my pieces were enjoyable to me. From taking classes at US Arts, I have gained so much more passion and confidence in my work, and I realized art was something I wanted to pursue in college.

Not only did US Arts help improve my artistic abilities, but they also helped with many other parts of my college application journey as well. Ms. Xiaoyi has given amazing guidance for my artist statements and portfolio reviews. I’m so thankful for everything US Arts has provided me and I don’t know what I’d do without them!
