My 8-year-old dauther is getting Guitar lessons from Mac, and she absolutely enjoys the lesson! Mac is a very talented musician and naturally good with children (so my 4-year-old son loves him as well). I definitely reccomend getting Guitar or Drum lessons from Tokyo Artist Academy as they are not only proffesional instructors also are teaching the instrument with fun, easy and enjoyable ways!

Steve has a real gift for connecting with his students and makes learning to play the guitar both fun and challenging. This really engages the students and motivates them. Both my children (ages 9 and 11) take lessons, one beginner and one continuing. He has helped both learn and improve in a short period. We are so happy that we found him!

Tokyo Artist Academy-guitar is run by a great musician. Steve Sato genuinely cares about his students and his student's families. Our family has three Steve Followers including me! We love the progress we are making and look forward to the bi-annual concerts when we can play together!

My daughter loves her drum teacher. Mac is amazing, very encouraging, nice and a very talented musician! His lessons are always fun, interesting and challenging, my daughter loves it and is teaching her to be brave and try new experiences in a positive way. I strongly recommend the school. The teachers are well known inside the international schools community in Tokyo and are native English speakers.

My 10-year-old son has really enjoyed his drum lessons with TAA. His teacher Mack is passionate, great at connecting with kids, and incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of music. He has sharply enhanced my son’s skill level while keeping lessons fun and inspiring. Couldn’t ask for anything more!
