The first time I came in everything went smoothly. The second time the employees like to play favorites. They told me to rest for 15 min. I leave to “sit outside.” I had left the building to calm down “I suffer from anxiety” I’m also autistic. I came back the next day to only Waste my time again because of the same issue the day before. This time I sat The lobby for exactly 15 minutes came back in to see another lady come in FROM OUT SIDE after she waited like I did the other day she got a second chance I did not on Sunday that’s the favoritism for yah but to the people that tried to be nice thank you you know who you are and that last lady who check my vitals PLEASE TAKE A ETHICS COURSE YOUR ARE SO NASTY FOR NO GOOD REASON THATS MOST LIKELY WHAT I HAD ANXIETY OF GET TO TOGETHER SIS!

Had a great experience getting my vitals checked by one of the best techs I've met so far. Dom was kind and very efficient, she was also gentle with the finger prick. I barely felt it at all. As it was only my second donation with this center she walked me to the back and everything. Could not be more satisfied with the people here.

Charlethia Williamson, was very helpful. I had an issue with my card and she helped me quickly and efficiently while still assisting someone else. Also my blood pressure was a little higher than normal and she gave me tips to relax my body. She is very professional and has amazing Customer service.

This place is unprofessional. For being a first time donor they don’t explain anything to you they put you in an assembly line and your well on your way. When you are done it took me 30 minutes before finally getting someone to me to disconnect me. They did 8 people after the fact I was done. The second time the tech was complaining about another work being on her phone while she was trying to poke the big needle in my arm and she didn’t get it and wrapped my arm and I was out of there didn’t even donate they told me not to come in until the bruise on my arm from the first time is gone so now that I had 2 bruises i waited now I donate the third time and they only give me 45 because now I’m out of the time bracket for the 500 deal they should let you know how much your getting before you donate but they don’t I will never be going to this place again.

(CSL PLASMA LAKELAND FL ) It's not to bad. But sometimes it takes a very long time to get in back an get done. But love some of the staff members. They are really nice an helpful an friendly. Abigail in (VITALS )is really nice an works hard. Chris in (MEDICAL) is also very nice an helpful if you need something an works hard.. An Rikki on the (DONOR) floor is really nice an she does a great job with sticking people an she also is a hard worker.
