Returning customer here. I was going from store to store looking for something perfect for my engagement ring but nothing was quite right. The band would be too thick on one, the prongs not right on the other. Cad Cam was able to put it all together, showed me computerized pictures of the exact thing I wanted, even produced a wax model of the setting for me to view. The final product looks exactly like the pictures and it's beautiful. Their team communicated with us every step of the way! Also, the price was significantly better than the other retail stores I was looking at. And I have the pleasure of knowing that I have a lifetime warranty with CadCam unlike other places that may expire after a couple years.

I loved them so much, we went back for our wedding bands! William is such a pleasure to work with. He also gave me the recommendation of changing the setting I was looking at from shared prongs to double prongs to improve the stability. I appreciate them so much that they are interested in the longevity of the ring and wouldn't sell something that wouldn't last from daily wear. Again, I believe they gave us a competitive price for the bands. I will not hesitate to tell all my friends and family where we purchased our rings! You will be in good hands here!

I started working with Arthur on a piece several months ago. We went through a very detailed design process that changed after a few iterations of the original design.
