Our daughter has been going to Aqua Tots for swim lessons two days a week since she turned one and has had a blast every time! The instructors are caring and professional! The staff are fun and friendly! WE LOVE AQUA TOTS!

It’s a mix bag here. I have seen progress in my child but they don’t really actively challenge them. The staff is friendly but they are constantly training new staff. If you get a consistent coach you will see your kiddo make progress. Though their judgement of progress is very confusing even with the app. The facility is dirty. I don’t like my kid walking barefoot there. When she was in Level 2 and we had to be in the pool with our kiddo it was filthy. They once cleaned the deck with floor cleaner while we were in the pool.

The managers are racist and really nasty. I have recordings of them talking about an employee speaking Spanish and then saying it's wrong and nasty and she's "leaving people out" because of it. I walked out and decided to teach my kids at home. Gross behavior I hope that girl is okay and quits.

My son absolutely loves going every Saturday for his lesson. His confidence has grown significantly since starting last September. We hope to be able to afford going twice a week in the near future.

As an indoor activity, swim lessons are a great option. I would say the locker rooms and pool could be cleaner. Our biggest complaint is the manager is SO incredibly rude! We have referred 5 different families to join us for swim lessons and she is still lacking in customer service and hospitality. There used to be many great swim instructors and now there is only one instructor left, that is a bummer! Over all a fine active pastime, but I sure do wish there was a little more welcome and warmth, especially considering this is a place for kids. Also a word of advice to the mommas, trust yourself and your child MORE than the instructor. She will tell you to push your child, but if you know your child isn't ready for it, don't do it. The consequence is your child fearing the water, and not trusting the swim instructor. I say all of this from personal experience with almost 5 months of lessons under our belt.

Absolutely love all the instructors here. We switched our daughter from another local swim school to Aqua Tots over a year ago and she has learned so many skills from safety to technique skills needed to learn all the strokes. Love that they always have a safety component no matter what level they are in. We can’t wait until our youngest child is ready for the parent and child swim classes too! Everyone is always so positive and friendly too. We absolutely love coming every week!

I took my kiddo here and let me just say that Lily is the best instructor. She pushes the kids in the perfect way! She knows how to get them engaged and how to calm them down! Will recommend to friends!

We have been coming here for 4 years. My kids have all enjoyed swimming with coach Emma. She has so much patience and encouragement for the kids. Thank you for helping the kids grow and build confidence throughout the years!
