We purchased the swam cam in March 2023 for our above ground pool deck. It was easy to install and worked great. However, a few months later the repeater alarm in the house stopped working. Customer service was excellent. They did some trouble shooting with me over the phone and then quickly sent me a new repeater. I called customer service to install the new repeater and he very patiently talked me through the process each step of the way. We are very pleased with our purpose.

As a parent and large swimming pool owner, Swamcam is one of the best investments I’ve ever made for my family. It is hands-down, the best safety product for the pool on the market. I really wish that this product was around when my kids were little- This security system has everything a parent needs to know that their child is safe around the pool or body of water. Ease of use, affordable, range, volume, smart device controls, customer service and easy to install. Finally a product similar to my ring alarm that makes me comfortable enough to know I don’t need a failsafe in the house. Where other pool alarms have failed in many ways, Swamcam has not. When my eight-year-old son was a toddler. We had a Basic gated system so that he would not enter into the pool area. And a Like any other parent, I worried on a daily basis - Now that he is older, and although he can swim now, when his friends come over during the summer, being boys they have a habit of running outside and roughhousing and horse playing near the pool. We purchased swim cam to make sure that if they were wrestling near the pool, that got a bit of an injury, or if my toddler, nieces and nephews, came over, and a child fell. And the product has been nothing short of amazing within the first few weeks of the summer I knew how great it was And while most parents know the importance of water safety, the reality is that it only takes a few moments for any child to fall into the water and drown. Swimming is the only activity or after-school sport that can save your child’s life or teach them how to save someone else’s. Being comfortable in the water is a necessity in life, because even if kids don’t go to a swimming pool regularly, they should be at ease near any body of water. Water is everywhere. Oceans, lakes, tubs! Invest in swamcam. Don’t think because your kid is 12 he is safe.... can never be too careful!

I have the Swamcam now set up for my first summer as a pool owner and a parent, I can't tell you how comfortable and confident I am with this system in place. One of our biggest concerns buying a home with a pool with a toddler was the safety of the pool. We are always concerned, but the biggest relief from this product is the ability to know what's happening before it happens. I like the ability to see the pool area, know who may be in, and what may happen before it may be too late. There's no substitute for diligence and teaching your child to swim, but it takes a Village and I don't mind the extra eyes! Highly recommend.

I've been using SwamCam for about about a month now and am very impressed. Setup was relatively quick and easy and the app is extremely user friendly and easy to navigate.

I've essentially had no false alarms since using the system and when I've tested it or forgot to disarm the system it alarmed right away. I especially like the fact that I get alerts on my phone when the alarm is tripped and I can easily login and view the pool in real time.

Installed the camera at my dock to keep an eye on my boats and things on the dock, the clarity is much better than I thought it would be, also walked into the view of the camera and immediately it stated sounding the alarm and sent pictures of me on the dock as evidence, very cool!
