Dearest fellows, my experience at this camp was exquisite. The care takers were absolutely splendid. The facilities in fact were voluptuous, but taken care of in the nicest fashion. I felt very welcomed as a staff member and felt that the experience over all was very enjoyable. I was very impressed by the facilities here and all the the activities that were offered for staff and camp members. The team had everything available here and made me feel happy to be there. The location was really nice. Everything was really nicely put together. This is a great place to visit! Highly recommend.

The dedication, care, hard work and committment from the owners Lauren and Mark and the entire team is the reason we had sent our kids for years to Camp Walden NY. Mark and Lauren created a safe environment and a great experience for the kids. They genuinely care about everyone's wellbeing and happiness and allows us parents to be completely at ease while the kids are away having a terrific time.

Great Camp!
Seriously, this is the place you want to go for a week of sports, nature and fun!
Well maintained and excellent staff.
We've stayed there with our Airstream during the Woodstock Fruit Festival. Please not that this is not a place for RVs. This was an exception for the festival. They have cabins and available tent camping options. Showers have great hot water and a quite clean. Toilets too. The beach is small but clean and they have some great water toys for you to use at designated times.

There are tons of basketball courts, large soccer field, tennis courts, ball hockey rinks, go-karts and so much more!... all very well maintained. I wish I was 8 years old and living every summer at Camp Walden!

Mark and Lauren (camp owners) have transformed Camp Walden since 2010~ The dedication to making the best facility possible is really something remarkable. I would say Camp Walden is one of the best overall quality camps in the North East USA. Bravo on making a dream experience for kids (and adults) who visit this special place.

I am a camper here and I LOVE IT! Walden is the best place EVEER!!!
If you want to have a great time Walden is the place so come here, I think every person in need of fun should take a break and spend at least 2 weeks here and you'll understand livin' 10 for 2 :)~! Now i think school is fun because im waiting to get to WALDEN! Great Staff and Buildings!

Beautiful camp with fun activities including lake sports and high ropes challenge course. Plenty of cabins and tent spots, has a shower house and internet lodge and campfires, a craft building, tennis, bikes, etc.

Fantastico camp, tutto ciò che può essere desiderabile per un ragazzo o una ragazza è qui! Attrezzature sportive di tutti i tipi, casette per le residenze dotate di ogni comfort, staff eccezionale, grande competenza, affidabilità e simpatia, paesaggio spettacolare!
