The staff at NYSA are so warm and welcoming! My daughter is constantly asking to go back. We have done their after-school program (which includes pick up from several Vienna schools) as well as a week of summer camp. I was impressed with how they kept summer pick-up lines moving using a sign for car windows making pick-up a breeze in an otherwise tight parking lot. Definitely a great sign when your kid leaves camp and insists on hugging all her teachers before she leaves.

We had two students recommend NYSA to us and so when my daughter was invited to a birthday party there, we were excited to check it out. She had a blast! The staff was super kind and attentive. We liked that they provided individual attention and support, even in the group setting. The materials and project was high caliber. We’re looking forward to taking her back for more awesome art instruction!

My little kid just did a week of summer camp. She enjoy it a lot and would like to come back. She brought back cute pieces of her work. I took some starts because for the price of the camp, I was expecting to teach them a little bit more techniques and to use different styles to paint, how to draw in a basic / beginner way. Kids didn’t have much of an instruction time, only a theme to do / paint in the best way they could.

We have been to NYSA for several years for day, break, and summer camps. Each time, we are completely blown away by the beautiful artwork our child brings home. The teachers here are so kind and creative. Literally, we have never seen a repeat project. The projects are so thoughtful and use different mediums and techniques. We are looking forward to aging into the other more technical classes/courses as our child and art capabilities improve. We love this place!

Our boys loved art camp at NYSA! They had a wonderful instructor and had an opportunity to work on really creative projects using different mediums and techniques - all in just a week. What was really telling was that they were so excited to talk about what they worked on every day and couldn’t wait to show us their final projects. Highly recommend!

Every aspect of our NYSA birthday party was a hit! From a big and amazingly decorated party room to hands-on and customized art projects for the kids, everyone had a wonderful time exploring their creative side at NYSA. We regularly attend art classes at NYSA but will now definitely be back for parties as well! Thank you!!!

My child loved camp. This was our first time with NYSA. It was great to see all of his finished artwork at the end of camp. Pick up and drop offs were easy too with the kiss & ride. We will definitely be back!

I sent my youngest and oldest child to winter camp and we will definitely be doing this again. Both kids loved the experience (11 yr old did pottery and the 6 yr old did a painting camp). Pick up and drop off was well organized and I was floored by the pictures they sent of the kids after camp ended!
