I called to ask a question and the lady just hung up the phone in my face. Customer service is horrible. Wouldn’t recommend doing business with these people.

The lady at this location is very rude and doesn't respect time. The store hours state that they are open from 10am - 6pm. She arrives at 10:15 and starts getting mad at me for asking her what time are they open? I left and went somewhere else to do my transfer. I refuse to do business with people who don't value my time and gets mad at me when I question them about it. There are plenty of money transfer locations.

Very poor customer service! She has a terrible attitude. I am just coming from there right now. It is a shame how our people can be so unprofessional. We need to change. If the board says $27 for 3 gallons of oil but you had a change in the prices you can let your customers know nicely before you do the total because I cannot see what you are doing on your computer's screen! Say the prices as you go because you know the price has gone from $27 to $40. Gash! then she won't admit that she is wrong for not telling me au contraire she asked does the grocery stores announce to each customer that the prices of items have been changed?
They have price tag and you can see when your items are being scanned. What would it take to place a sticky note on the board? Then she refers to being in bed when I told her she has the wrong attitude..she said that it's all about attitude. How unprofessional? Sa fè wont!..

I love this place , it’s my second time here , it’s very warm and makes you feel at home . That lady who sits at the window is very sweet and welcoming. I am very big in customer service and that place has earned my 5 stars today . You will be seeing more of me . Thank you for the hot chocolate!

The customer service agent at this location always have an attitude. The lady roll her eyes at me because I asked her to repeat what she said. It's like my presence was an inconvenience to her.
