I can’t say enough amazing things about the Pottery Playce! I’ve been multiple times over the years and they have great pricing and the kiln work is fantastic! My kids make dishes that they can eat out of that will be memorable for life… well as long as we can keep them safe ?. My sister gets all the kids gift cards for Christmas and we have made it an annual family event. Superb experience all around and Kelly makes the experience fabulous You won’t be disappointed!!

We brought my granddaughter to Pottery Playce yesterday. We have been there numerous times before and always enjoy the experience. Yesterday, although we all had a blast, we needed a few extra minutes to fix a mess up on my piece. Kenza, the lovely girl working, was so kind and patient with us as we kept her a few minutes after closing. Thank you Pottery Playce and Kenza for making our experience a great one!

First time coming to paint pottery at this place. My husband and I came in to paint on a Saturday and I can say I won't be coming back here.
Let's start with all the screaming kids just running around everywhere. Nothing was said to these kids and they even bumped my chair a few times.
Anyways all these kids were using 2 to 3 pallets of paint for small items with 40 bottles of paint on their table not even putting them back. I guess on Saturday studio fees are only 5 dollars for kids 11 to 17.... I find it ridiculous that I needed to pay 10 to use HALF of one pallet for my colors and was still charged full price, same thing with my husband's piece. Mean while the kids just waste paint and I guess the adults just get to pay for it.
Also we weren't offered water for our brushes... I've never been to a pottery studio that didn't have that.
Over all this place was not a good expirence for either myself or my husband and I've painted at multiple pottery studios and have never seen any type of management allow kids to terrorize the store.
We will not be back.

We were at Pottery Playce for a small party and it was a great place to have one. Plenty of really fun options for pottery pieces to paint and a super cute painting setup. They have daily specials too!

Had a great time painting on ceramic. Only thing is that they fire the pieces then let you know when you can pick up. Be a week tomorrow. Staff was nice, pleasant, very helpful with the kids. Would go back again.

I just completed a pottery project for a school fundraiser for the second year in a row at the Pottery Playce. Everyone there is so helpful and accommodating! They ensure the pottery comes out exactly how I envision and go above and beyond to help me create something special year after year. We are lucky to have this special place in our community!

I did not have a good experience and will not be going back. The manager was very unprofessional and the owner did nothing when I told her all the trouble I went through to finally get my daughter’s pottery after they lost it.

My sister took my daughter over February vacation to the Pottery Playce. She got a call saying her pottery was ready for pick up a couple of weeks later. I went to pick it up and the manager could not find it. I was very understanding, however I never got a call back. Called again a couple of days later still didn’t find it. She finally called back and said she finally found it and was apologetic. She said she would drop it off at my house. She never did and never even called. I go to the store two days later and it wasn’t there it was at the manager’s house. The owner was there and I told her the situation. She called the manager and I had to wait while the manager came to the store to drop it off. She just dropped it off quickly at the front door. She did not even come in to apologize. The owner knew of the whole situation and could have given me a gift card or something for all of my trouble. Even a simple apology would have been enough. I was very understanding the entire time. I would have been fine if I was compensated in some way. I felt like it was bad business, hopefully in the future they will learn to correct the situation and treat their customers better.
